     "She Oughter" is a 23-feet long aluminum drop-bow boat designed and manufactured by Ottercraft,  in Kingston, Washington.  She is a completely open boat.  Powered by a 115 hp Yamaha, she makes between 20 and 23 knots with the maximum load of approximately 2000 pounds, or six charter passengers plus the Captain.  An 8 hp Yamaha is used for trolling.  She is fully equipped with electronic equipment for safety, navigation and for the location of fish or scuba diving sites.  
     The drop-bow/landing craft configuration makes her easily accessible to physically challenged outdoors people.  We welcome the opportunity to be of service to physically challenged clients.
  She is ideally suited for salmon or bottom fishing, crabbing, whale watching, birding, carrying sea kayaks, camping/hiking/exploration gear including ATV's, or scuba divers and their equipment.  
     For work or business, She Oughter is ideal for carrying construction materials and workers to difficult-of-access waterfront sites, guiding real estate tours so that potential buyers can see their dream property from the water, or simply transporting people or equipment from point A to point B.  Additionally, her 8000-pound capacity hydraulic winch is useful for the removal of storm logs from beaches, or setting/cleaning/inspecting mooring anchors and buoys, and many other tasks.  She is ideally suited for scientific work that requires the siting and recovery of equipment or instrument packages.  The stern-mounted 8,000 pound-capacity hydraulic winch provides muscle for deploying or recovering heavy packages through the drop-bow or for applying a stern stress.
